摘 要:水平井钻井技术是致密砂岩油藏开发的重要技术保障,但国内致密油开发较晚,配套的关键技术有待进一步研究。通过对现场资料的收集与分析,明确了井身结构优化、井眼轨迹控制和钻井液性能是吴起致密油水平井钻井的主要技术难点。经过技术攻关,井身结构优化以取消斜导眼、缩小井眼尺寸为主,设计了安全、低成本的二开井身结构;通过优选底部钻具组合和提高复合钻进进尺的方法,形成井眼轨迹控制技术;对应吴起地层特点,开发了无固相、低固相强抑制和低伤害低摩阻等钻井液体系,最终形成了针对吴起致密砂岩油藏水平井钻井的关键配套技术。结合WP33井现场施工,介绍了上述各关键技术的应用情况,实例验证了各技术的有效性。Horizontal well drilling technology is an important technical guarantee for development of tight sandstone reservoirs, but the development of dense oil in China is relatively late, and the key technologies need be further studied. Through the collection and analysis of on-site data, it's pointed out that the optimization of wellbore structure, wellbore trajectory control and drilling fluid performance are main technical difficulties in dense oil well drilling. The technical research shows that the optimization of the well structure can cancel the oblique guide and reduce the size of the wellbore, and a safe and low cost two-open well structure can be designed; through the optimization of the bottom drilling tool combination and improving the composite drilling way, the wellbore trajectory control technology can be formed. Based on the characteristics of Wuqi strata, the drilling fluid system with non-solid phase or low solid-phase strong suppression and low damage and low friction has been developed, and the key supporting technology for horizontal well drilling in Wuqi tight sandstone reservoir has been ultimately formed. Combined with the construction of WP33 well, application of above key technologies was introduced. The examples demonstrated the effectiveness of each technology.
