疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:将120例确诊为NAFLD的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊,对照组服用水飞蓟宾胶囊,2组均以12w为1个疗程,观察2组患者治疗前后肝功能、血脂代谢、肝脏B超的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为70%,2组比较有显著性差异。治疗组与对照组治疗后肝功能、血脂代谢指标均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊治疗NAFLD有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Xiaozhi Capsule Ⅲ on the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods： 120 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease treated were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group had polyene Shugan Xiaozhi Capsules Ⅲ and the control group was given polyene Silibinin Capsules. Both groups had 12 weeks as a period of treatment, to observe the changes of liver function, blood lipid metabolism and liver ultrasound of the two group before and after treatment in the patients. Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86. 7% and the con- trol group is 70%, the two groups had significant difference. After the treatment, the liver function and blood lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups were significantly improved than before （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the treatment group improved superior than the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion ： Shugan Xiaozhi Capsules Ⅲ had superior clinical curative effect for treating non-alcohdic fatty liver disease.
