杨家林教授从冲任论治妇科疾病的思辨特点

摘　　要：妇科名中医杨家林教授认为在女性的肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴中,冲任二脉为枢纽。冲任为十二经气血汇聚之所,不仅与诸脏腑经络相系,更与诸脏腑功能盛衰息息相关。调治冲任,以治疗肝肾脾(胃)为基础,加入直达冲任的专方专药,疗效更确切。并根据妇科临床实践,提出冲任受病的常见的九大病因,并总结出冲任调治的六大方法。总结杨家林教授从冲任论治妇科疾病的思辨特点,将更好地指导临床实践。The professor Yang Jialin, who is highly established in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine, holds the opinion that the Chong Ren is the hub in the female＇ s kidney-Erzhi Tiangui-Chong-ren-intrauterine reproductive shaft. Chong Ren is the gath- ering place of 12 Qi and blood, that is not only linked with the Department of the Meridians and Viscera, but also is closely related to the function of the viscera. Based on the treatment of liver and kidney spleen （ stomach）, the regulation of Chong Ren can be more pre- cisely effective if it＇ s combined with the special drug which can directly rush to the Chong Ren. Based on the gynecological clinical practice, the professor Yang has put forward the nine main causes of the pathogens of Chong Ren, and summarized the six methods to the regulation of Chong Ren. It will guide us to do the clinical practice better if we summarize the Professor Yang Jialin＇s speculative characteristics from the theory that treating gynecological diseases from the Chong Ren.
