摘　　要：[目的 /意义]为促进区域创新科技资源整合,提升区域创新系统的综合创新能力,基于逆向知识转移的视角,对面向区域创新系统的逆向知识转移展开相关研究。[方法 /过程]在对逆向知识转移相关研究进行梳理与评述的基础上,分析企业知识向区域创新系统外部主体逆向转移的方式和条件,构建面向区域创新系统的逆向知识转移平台,提出促进区域创新系统的逆向知识转移的对策,实现逆向知识转移对区域创新系统整体创新水平的提升。[结果 /结论]在区域创新系统中,创新性企业的知识通过分解-结合的方式,在克服了知识障碍、组织障碍、系统障碍的条件下,完成逆向知识转移过程。完善创新企业与区域用户的保障措施,可以更好地发挥逆向知识转移平台的作用。[ Purpose/significance] To promote the integration of technology resources in the regional innovation sys- tem, and enhance the comprehensive innovation ability, this paper from the perspective of reverse knowledge transfer, studies the reverse knowledge transfer of the regional innovation system, constructs a reverse knowledge transfer platform for the regional innovation system, and puts forward measures to protect the reverse knowledge transfer of the regional in- novation system. [ Method/process] On the basis of combing and reviewing the research of reverse knowledge transfer, it analyzes the ways and conditions for the reverse transfer of enterprise knowledge to the external entities of the regional in- novation system so as to achieve the reverse knowledge transfer on regional innovation system and enhance the overall level of innovation. [ Result/conclusion ] In the regional innovation system, enterprises＇ knowledge through decomposition - combination way and overcoming three levels of barriers such as knowledge barriers, organizational barriers, and systemic barriers, completes the reverse knowledge transfer process. Perfecting the safeguard measures of innovative enterprise and regional users, can better play the role of the reverse knowledge transfer platform.
