摘  要:[目的 /意义]个人用户是文档共享平台重要的分享来源,从用户角度对专业学术文献使用中的著作权保护意识进行分析,可为平衡著作权保护与分享的矛盾提供建议。[方法/过程]通过问卷调研,获取国内309名高校教师和在读研究生在使用百度文库过程中的行为特点和使用专业学术文献时的著作权意识,从著作权归属、是否付费、文档来源和著作权保护规则等几个角度,分析个人用户在使用文档共享平台过程中对专业学术文献分享著作权的态度和看法。[结果 /结论]结果表明,样本用户上传自有版权专业文献的频率是所有行为中最低的,但在自己的成果被上传至共享平台的问题上却表现出较高的维权意识。用户对上传和下载两种行为的看法存在较大差异,且认为使用个人用户分享的专业文献存在更高的侵犯著作权可能性。有超过2/3的样本用户很少关注平台的著作权保护规则。[ Purpose/significance] The individual user is an important source of the document sharing platform. Analyzing the copyright awareness in the use of professional academic literature from the users' point of view may provide advice for the balance of copyright and sharing. [Method/process] Through the questionnaire survey, the authors obtained ten kinds of subdivision behavior characteristics and copyright consciousness in the process of using Baidu Wenku by do- mestic 309 college teachers and graduate students. This paper summarized the individual user' s attitudes and perceptions about sharing academic literature from the aspects of the ownership of copyright, whether to pay, document source and copyright rules. ~ Result/conclusion I The results show that the frequency of the sample users to upload their proprietary literature is the lowest in all the behavior. However, once their documents are uploaded, they show a high awareness of copyright. There is a big difference between users' views on uploading and downloading the documents. It is considered that there is a higher possibility of copyright infringement. It is worth noting that there are more than 2/3 of the sample users rarely paying attention to the copyright rules of the platform.
