摘　　要：目的探讨HMGB1-IL-23/IL-17A炎症轴与PCI术预后的相关性。方法行CAG或PCI患者130例。设对照组(SO)、稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)和急性冠脉综合症组(ACS)。术前采集患者一般情况。检测术前血清高迁移率组蛋白1(HMGB1)、白介素23(IL-23)和IL-17A水平。电话随访患者1个月、6个月和1年心血管事件发生率,嘱病人1年后入院行CAG检查,评价支架情况。结果吸烟史和性别与冠心病发生显著相关。SAP组和ACS组患者HMGB1、IL-23和IL-17A血清水平显著高于SO组患者;且发生不良心血管事件(MACE)患者血清HMGB1、IL-23和IL-17A的水平显著高于未发生患者。结论 HMGB1、IL-23和IL-17A与冠心病的发生显著相关;HMGB1对PCI术预后具有较好的预测价值,表达水平越高预后越差。Objective To investigate the correlation between HMGB1-IL-23/IL-17A inflammatory axis, and the prognosis of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods 130 patients undergoing coronary angiogram（CAG） in our hospital were included, of which 78 were male. The patients were randomly divided into three groups that healthy control group（SO group, n = 24）, stable angina group（SAP group, n= 64）and acute coronary syndrome group （ACS,n= 42）. Before operation general condition was collected, and the expression of High mobility group box 1 protein（HMGB1） ,interleukin-23（IL-23）and IL-17A were detected. Adverse cardiac events were collected by tele- phone follow-up,at 1 month,6 months and 1 year. All patients were asked to do CAG examination 1 year after PCI to evaluate the stent situation. Results Smoking history and gender were significantly associated with coronary heart dis- ease. Serum levels of HMGB1 ,IL-23 and IL-17A in SAP group and ACS group were significantly higher than those in SO group. The levels of serum HMGB1, IL-23 and IL-17A in patients with adverse cardiovascular events were sig- nificantly higher than those without. Conclusion The expression of HMGB1, IL-23 and IL-17A is significantly corre- lated with the occurrence of coronary heart disease. Serum HMGB1 level have a good predictive value in the progno sis of PCI,higher expression predicting worse prognosis.
