摘　　要：运用油样分析和振动频谱分析相结合的方法,对锅炉给水泵机组轴承振动、温度的异常变化全面分析,准确诊断出减速机高速轴及低速轴止推轴承部位均发生不规则摩擦故障,通过针对性维修验证了故障诊断结果,并对故障进行了原因分析和处理。Through comprehensive analysis of vibration and abnormal temperature of the boiler feed pump bearing, the oil sample and the vibration frequency spectrum analysis were used to diagnose the irregular friction of the high speed shaft and low speed shaft thrust bearing parts of the reducer accurately. The fault diagnosis result was verified by the targeted maintenance,and the fault was analyzed and rectified.
