摘　　要：煤气化过程产生的污水成分复杂、污染程度高,对污水处理装置在线分析仪表的设计及应用提出了更高的要求。通过对污水装置中在线分析仪表的取样位置、取样预处理装置、安装方式、自动加药系统等的系统设计,论述在线分析仪表在煤气化污水装置中的应用。Because of the complicated working conditions of the coal gasification process,the wastewater generated from the reaction process is more complex,and the pollution is high. It is difficult to design and apply on-line analytical instrument for sewage treatment plant. Combined with the actual project and by analyzing sewage device in online instrumentation and analysis system,including sampling location,sample pretreatment device,instrument installation introduction,and automatic reagent feeding system,the application of such online analytical instrument in coal gasification waste water plant was discussed.
