金九渊及《冰壑老人医案》述略

摘　　要：本文对金九渊及《冰壑老人医案》进行论述。《冰壑老人医案》系由明代名医金九渊先生口述,吴天泰、朱茂晖、薛珩等人辑录而成,大致成书及刊行年代为崇祯十四年(公元1641年)。该书为孤本,今仅存明崇祯刻本一部,藏于上海市中华医学会上海分会图书馆。全书载案七十四则,内容涉及内、外、妇、产、儿、痘疹等科,医案书写文笔流畅,叙事简洁,风格平实。整理方法上,本书按照中医药古籍保护与利用能力建设项目中医药古籍整理工作细则完成。该书具有较好的文献及临床研究价值,是一部颇有参考价值的中医临证著作。Jin Jiuyuan and ＂Binghe consilia＂ were reported and discussed in the article. ＂Binghe consilia＂ was compiled by WU Tiantai, ZHU Maohui, and XUE Heng based on dictation from fiN Jiuyuan and published in the fourteenth year of Chongzhen period of Ming dynasty （ A. D. 1641 ）. The carving copy of the book dated from Chongzhen period is the only copy, which is preserved in Shanghai Medical Association Library. The book includs 74 cases involving internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, and exanthema variolosum with fluent expression, and compact and plain style of writing. As an important reference and clinical resource, ＂Binghe consilia＂ collated according to the standard of collation for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） ancient books in this study and possesses a great deal of important significance, and is a valuable clinical work of TCM.
