摘　　要：铁路货车超偏载检测装置是保障铁路货运运输安全的重要计量检测监控设备,可对货车运行中超偏载情况实施监测,在防止铁路运输中因货车超载、偏载或偏重引发铁路交通事故方面起到关键性作用。针对实际工作中超偏载检测装置相关的故障案例,从故障的现象、原因、检修措施、故障特点以及在日常维护工作中应注意的重点等方面分析,提出超偏载检测装置设备日常维护工作建议。The overloading and unbalanced loading inspection device in railway wagon is the key measurement detection monitoring equipment that safeguards railway freight transportation safety. It can monitor the overload offset load during the operation of railway wagons,playing a key role in preventing railroad accidents caused by the overload,unbalance load or off-load of railway wagons. By analyzing the practical work,fault cases concerning overloading unbalanced loading inspection device,fault phenomenon,cause analysis,fault features,maintenance revelation as well as key points to be concerned during routine maintenance,etc.,the article summarizes the suggestions about the daily maintenance work of overloading unbalanced loading inspection device.
