新常态下我国货币政策所面临的困境与抉择

摘　　要：在简要回顾新常态下中国货币政策转型历程的基础上,对我国当前货币政策所面临的困境进行了分析,并给出建议。新常态下,货币政策的抉择要坚持高度审慎的原则;在建立可靠货币锚制度的基础之上,应逐步实现汇率市场化,并进一步推进利率市场化,加强货币政策执行的独立性、稳健性和透明度。After brief review of the transformation history of monetary policies in China since the New Normal, the paper analyzes the predicaments that current monetary policy is confronted with in China. And it presents some policy proposals as follow： under the New Normal, a highly prudence principle should be followed in monetary policy making and choice; exchange-rate and interest rate should be made market-driven step by step on the basis of reliable currency anchor system; more efforts should be made to implement monetary policy in an independent, robust and transparent way.
