环保产业社会价值创造评价体系构建及应用

摘　　要：伴随着经济的全球化及可持续发展战略的深入实施,环保产业这一朝阳产业正面临难得的发展机遇和巨大挑战。通过对各国环保政策和环保产业的研究,分析环保产业发展的模式,发现目前环保产业创造的的价值难以被衡量的问题,以至于环保产业的发展更多的是被当做公益事业,以政府补助为主的发展的窘境。本文根据对福建省环保产业现状的分析,构建环保产业价值评价体系,并提出促进福建省环保产业的发展的对策建议。With the economic globalization and the further implementation of the sustainable development strategy, environmental protection industry, a sunrise industry, is facing rare development opportunities and great challenges as well. After the study of environmental protection policies and industries in foreign countries, the paper analyzes the development model of environmental protection industry. The study reveals that it is difficult to measure the value created by the environmental protection industry. As a result, the industry is undervalued that it is regarded as public welfare that live on government subsidiaries. Based on the current situation of environmental protection industries in Fujian Province, the paper constructs the appraisal system of value of environmental protection industries, and puts forward suggestions and measures to promote the development of environmental protection industry in Fujian Province.
