摘  要:根据电压源换流器(VSC)和相间功率控制器(IPC)的基本工作原理,以VSC代替IPC的移相环节构建了动态可控的相间功率控制器(DCIPC)。本文基于含一台DCIPC的单机无穷大和多机系统,建立了包含DCIPC电压源换流器VSC动态模型的系统动态方程,得到以VSC的调制比增量Δm和注入电压相角增量Δθ为输入,系统功角变化量Δδ为输出的Phillips-Heffron模型,并由此得出IPC在单机无穷大系统和多机系统中能够抑制低频振荡的理论依据。分析了IPC中阻尼功率振荡的控制参数,采取合理的控制策略调节IPC的参数,可以增加系统的阻尼转矩,使系统的振荡得到平息,提高系统运行的稳定性。According to the basic working principle and characteristics of voltage source converter( VSC) and interphase power controller( IPC),the phase shifter of IPC is replaced with the VSC,and then the dynamically controlled interphase power controller is constituted. Based on the principle and structure of IPC,this paper proposes an improved Phillips-Heffron model with the single machine infinite bus power system and multi-machine power system. Based on this model,the mechanism and control parameters of damping low frequency oscillation by the IPC in SMIB and multi-machine power system are analyzed. By adjusting IPC parameters with appropriate control strategy,damping torque can be provided to keep power system synchronization and to damp the power system oscillation.
