摘  要:指出了目前国内传统采矿方法对于低品位及深部矿体的开采存在生产效率低、成本高等问题,智能采矿则是提高矿山生产效率和经济效益的有效途径。依托国家863课题"地下高气压智能潜孔钻机",对地下智能潜孔钻机的智能控制系统进行了研究与设计。该系统利用WIFI无线网络,通过潜孔钻机车载的通信工控终端,实现了对潜孔钻机的工况状态实时采集、分析、存储与控制输入输出,解决了地表与井下车载智能通讯设备的远程通讯及控制的技术难题,并利用VC++编程语言实现了该系统的开发。现场调试结果表明:该系统实现了远程控制潜孔钻机自动凿岩的目的,通过智能潜孔钻机取代人工劳动极大地提高了矿山的生产效率。At present, conventional mining methods have low productivity and high cost for deep and low--grade ore mining. Intelligent mining is an effective way to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit of the mine. This paper relies on National 863 project "high pressure intelligent underground DTH rig" to research and design the intelligent control system of DTH rig. The system uses WlFI wireless network, via the DTH rig on board communication industrial control terminal to achieve DTH rig working conditions state real--time collection, analysis,storage, remote communication and control inputs and outputs, which solves technical problems of remote communication of surface and underground intelligent vehicle communication equipment. The system was implemented using VC+ + programming language. The result of site commissioning showed that the system can achieve remote and automatic control on DTH rig drilling. The replacement of artificial labor through intelligent DHT rig greatly improves the production efficiency of mine.
