摘 要:利用溶剂提取法,正、反相硅胶柱和半制备高效液相色谱法对巴东冬凌草乙酸乙酯提取物进行了分离纯化,从中分离得6个二萜化合物,并根据理化性质和现代波谱技术对其进行了结构鉴定,其结构分别鉴定为:冬凌草甲素(1)、lasiodin(2)、neolaxiflorin U(3)、hubeirubesin K(4)、hubeirubesin I(5)、epinodosinol(6)。其中化合物3~6为首次从该地区的植物中分离得到。The chemical constituents of Badong Rabdosia rubescens were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method, the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi--preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic analysis. Six diterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Rabdosia rubescens and were identified as oridonin (1) lasiodin (2) neolaxiflorin U (3) hubeirubesin K (4) hubeirubesin I (5) epinodosinol (6) Compound 3--6 were isolated from Badong Rabdosia rubescens for the first time.
