摘　　要：介绍伦敦市郊铁路的路网规模、站点设置及运量情况;研究伦敦市郊铁路的组织管理体制,重点围绕市郊铁路的管理主体、运营公司、特许经营模式、政府补贴机制等进行分析;从特许经营模式促进客运量增长、客票收入减少政府补贴、铁路与市政府积极合作、与地铁实现互联互通、实行一体化票务支付系统等方面,总结伦敦市郊铁路的发展特点。This paper introduces the size of the network, station layout and traffic of London suburban railway. Then the organization and management system are analyzed focusing on the management body, operating company, franchise model, public subsidy mechanism, etc. Finally the development characteristics of London suburban railway are summarized in terms of franchise model promoting the growth of traffic volume, ticketing revenue reducing public subsidy, intensive cooperation between the railway and the municipal governments, interoperability with the underground system, integrated ticketing and payment system, etc.
