摘　　要：目的调查抚顺矿务局总医院三级甲等医院青年女性护士群体月经期间基础护理操作技术水平及疲倦感评分。方法连续选择2016年春季在抚顺市矿务局总院(三级甲等医院)临床一线工作的青年女性护理人员91例,入选对象按入选时间随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(45例)观察组在月经期间和月经期后接受了"护士基础护理操作技术"和"护士工作疲倦感量表"评估,并与对照组在非月经期间评估结果比较。结果基础护理操作比较中,观察组月经期间的卧床更换床单、无菌操作技术、特殊口腔护理、导尿、吸痰、鼻饲、心肺复苏操作等多数条目分及操作技能总分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05),同时,观察组月经期间更换床单、无菌操作技术、特殊口腔护理、灌肠、吸痰、鼻饲、心肺复苏操作、生命体征观察及静脉输液操作等多数条目分及操作技能总分均明显低于月经期后测试值(均P<0.05)。工作疲倦感量表评分比较中,观察组月经期间情绪疲倦感和工作冷漠感等维度评分均明显高于对照组,而工作成就感维度评分则显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组月经期间的情绪疲倦感和工作冷漠感等维度评分均明显高于月经期后评分值,而工作成就感维度评分也显著低于月经期后评分值(均P<0.05)。结论三级甲等医院青年女性护士群体月经期间基础护理操作技术水平下降及工作疲倦感加重。[Objective]To investigate the basic nursing skill level and fatigue score of young female nurses during menstruation in General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau.[Methods]91 young female nurses who worked in the General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau（class 3 grade A hospital）during spring of 2016 were collected and divided into the observation group（46 cases）and the control group（45 cases）according to the selected time. The nurses in the observation group were evaluated with the basic nursing operation technique and Nurses＇ Job fatigue Scale during and after menstruation,and the results were compared with the data of the control group during non-menstruation. [Results]For the basic nursing operation technique,the scores of changing sheet for bedridden patient,aseptic technique,special mouth care,catheterization,sputum suction,nasogastric feeding and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation,and the total score of nursing operation technique in the observation group during menstruation were significantly lower than those in the control group（all P〈0.05）. Meanwhile,the scores of changing sheet,aseptic technique,special mouth care,coloclysis,sputum suction,nasogastric feeding,cardio-pulmonary resuscitation,vital sign observation and venous transfusion,and the total score of nursing operation technique in the observation group during menstruation were significantly lower than those after menstruation（all P0.05）. For the Nurses＇ Job fatigue Scale,the scores of emotional fatigue and work apathy in the observation group during menstruation were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the score of achievement sense was significantly lower than that in the control group（all P〈0.05）.
