摘　　要：目的通过了解南宁市2006—2015年学校突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,为提高学校突发公共卫生事件的处置能力和科学防控提供依据。方法收集南宁市2006—2015年通过突发公共卫生事件报告管理系统所报告的学校突发公共卫生事件,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2006—2015年南宁市共报告学校突发公共卫生事件545起,累计报告发病34 451例,死亡9人。以传染病事件为主,共报告512起,占93.94%。学校突发事件报告主要集中在宾阳县和西乡塘区;事件主要发生在小学,事件发生高峰主要集中在3—5月和10—12月。结论根据南宁市学校突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,应加强学校、幼托机构传染病防治知识的健康教育,加强学校各类传染病的预防与控制及学校卫生监督和管理,降低学校突发公共卫生事件的发生。[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies at schools in Nanning City from 2006-2015,provide a basis for improving the ability to deal with public health emergencies in schools and scientific control.[Methods]The public health emergencies at schools in Nanning City from 2006-2015,which were reported by the public health incident reporting management system,were analyzed with the descriptive epidemiological method.[Results]A total of 545 public health emergencies at school were reported in Nanning City from 2006-2015,including 34 451 cases and 9 death cases. There were 512 contagious disease events,accounting for 93.94%. The public health emergencies were mainly reported in Binyang County and Xixiangtang District,and mainly occurred in primary schools. The peak seasons appeared March to May and October to December.[Conclusion]According to the epidemic characteristics of public health emergencies at school,in Nanning City,it is necessary to strengthen the health education of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge in schools and preschools,improve the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools,and enhance the health supervision and administration of schools,to reduce the public health emergency at school.
