摘　　要：目的了解克拉玛依市各级疾病预防控制(简称疾控)机构流行病专业人员的突发公共卫生事件应急能力现况,探讨提高克拉玛依市疾控专业人员突发公共卫生事件应对处置能力的措施。方法对克拉玛依市各级疾控机构从事传染病管理的50名工作人员进行现场问卷调查,内容包括调查人员的基本情况、应急能力评价、应对突发公共卫生事件专业知识技能等。结果调查的50人中,从事现场应急调查处置的有34人(68.0%),预防专业19人(36.0%),参加过培训的30人(56.0%),应急能力自评分在3分之内,应急能力一般。专业知识技能评价平均得分65分,及格36人,及格率72.0%。结论疾控专业人员应急能力及专业技术知识技能评分不高,人员培训不到位。今后应加强人员培训,提高其在突发公共卫生事件中的应急处置能力。[Objective] To investigate the status of response capability to public health emergency among epidemic professionals in centers for disease control and prevention（hereinafter referred to as the CDCs） at all levels in Karamay City,explore the measures for improving the response capability to public health emergency in CDCs.[Methods]The field questionnaire survey was conducted among 50 workers engaging in infectious disease management in CDCs at all levels in Karamay City,and the contents included the basic situation of respondents,emergency capability assessment,knowledge and skills about response to public health emergency.[Results] Among 50 respondents,there were 34（68.0%） people engaging in on-site emergency investigation and disposal,19（36.0%）preventive professionals and 30（56.0%）people who have participated in the training. The self rating of emergency response ability was lower than 3 points,and the response ability was at ordinary level. The score of professional knowledge and skill evaluation was 65 points,and 36 people were qualified with the pass rate of 72.0%.[Conclusion]The scores of emergency response ability and professional knowledge and skill evaluation are not high,and the personnel training is not perfect. In the future,the personnel training should be strengthened to improve their response capability in public health emergencies.
