摘  要:以梅花鹿的胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin like factor-1,IGF1)作为候选基因,分析该基因对梅花鹿产茸性状的影响。利用PCR-SSCP技术检测双阳梅花鹿群体64个个体IGF1基因多态性,并将该位点多态性与双阳梅花鹿产茸性状间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:在IGF1基因824 bp处T>C突变;AB基因型在产茸重和主干围度显著高于AA型和BB型(P<0.05)。在IGF-I基因对双阳梅花鹿产茸量和主干围度有一定影响。We reported the effects of candidate gene of insulin like factor-I gene on antler production in the current study. Single nucleotide polymorphisms( SNPs) of the IGF-I gene were identified and genotyped by polymerase chain reaction followed by single strand conformation polymorphism( PCR-SSCP) analysis in Shuanyang sika deer. The results showed that one SNPs( 824 T→C) was detected by DNA sequencing. The genotype AB exhibited significantly higher antler production and neck circle than that of AA and BB( P0. 05).
