摘  要:目的:观察八段锦对督脉经线上皮肤温度的影响。方法:将29名健康志愿者随机分为练习组15例和对照组14例,应用红外热像仪观察八段锦练习前后督脉红外辐射轨迹,比较八段锦练习前后大椎穴、至阳穴、命门穴及督脉线平均温度变化。结果:练习组持续练习八段锦12周后督脉循经红外辐射轨迹比练习前更清晰连续,督脉线平均温度以及大椎穴、命门穴皮肤温度均高于本组练习前和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦练习可以升高督脉经穴皮肤温度,增强督脉线能量代谢变化。Objective :To analysis the effect of Baduanjin exercise on skin temperature changes of the Governor Vessel (GV). Methods:A total of twenty-nine healthy volunteers were randomly assigned into exercise group (n = 15 ) and control group (n = 14). The average skin temperature of GV, and the skin temperature of Dazhui (GV 14), Zhiyang (GV9) and Mingmen (GV4) were mea- sured before and after exercise for 12 weeks by infrared thermal scanner. Results:After 12 weeks of exercise, a marked infrared radiant track along the GV were observed in the subjects of the exercise group. The average skin temperature of GV and the skin temperature of Dazhui, Mingmen were ascended (P〈 0.05 ) compared to 12 weeks before, and were also higher compared to those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion :Baduanjin exercise could raise skin temperature of the GV and enhance its energy metabolism.
