摘　　要：岳阳张氏正骨流派非常重视骨伤术后或非手术患者的功能康复,其康复的基本理念主要包括形神并治、气血同治、内治和外治并重、筋骨并重、动静结合、重视功能训练、早期康复、主动康复等方面。Zhang＇s Boneknitting academic schools put high premium on functional rehabilitation in bone fracture patients with or without surgery. The founder mental concepts were healing body and spirit together, healing Qi and blood together, emphasising both internal and external, fixing tendons and bones at the same time, combining dynamic and static, amphasising functional training, early rehabilitation and initiative rehabilitation.
