补肾壮筋汤治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:评价补肾壮筋汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:检索CNKI、CQVIP、万方、Pubmed等数据库,收集2016年10月31日前发表的文献,纳入以补肾壮筋汤为治疗方案的临床随机对照研究。评价纳入文献的质量,以Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5个研究。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组及常规西药组比较,补肾壮筋汤治疗组在改善关节炎症状等方面疗效可能更好,差异具有统计学意义。结论:补肾壮筋汤可能是治疗膝骨性关节炎的一种较为有效的方案,但结果还有待高质量的临床研究进一步验证。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction on treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Randomized control trials （RCTs） on treating knee osteoarthritis with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction in database of CNKI, CQVIP, Wan Fang, Pubmed before October 31, 2016 were retrieved. RevMan 5.3 was applied for qualitative analysis of the data survey and meta- analysis. Results：A total of five studies were included in this study. The results of Meta analysis showed that the Bushen Zhuangjin de- coction treatment group was better than that of the control group or the conventional western medicine treatment group in releasing arthritis symptom： Conclusion：Bushen Zhuangjin decoction should provide an effective therapy strategy for knee oateoarthritis, which needs to be confirmed with high quality clinic investigations.
