摘 要:针对热水锅炉结垢腐蚀问题,本文探讨了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对锅炉的阻垢和缓蚀效果。通过添加量的优化实验,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚表现出较好的阻垢性能,与栲胶协同作用的阻垢率可达到80.8%,同时其防腐缓蚀率达到48.2%。在此基础上,深入研究酸碱度和添加无机盐对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的阻垢缓蚀性能的改善效果,在p H=8的水中,其阻垢率进一步达到87.0%。结果表明脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚具有较好的阻垢缓蚀性能,将来与其他药剂配合使用可以作为热水锅炉阻垢剂。In view of the problem of scaling formation and corrosion of hot water boilers, the effect of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether on the scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition for boiler was studied in this paper. Through the optimization experiments for different additions, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether shows good scale inhibition properties. As a little tannin extracts were added, the scale inhibition rate attained to 80.8% and the anticorrosion rate attained to 48.2%. Further, the effects of p H and addition of inorganic salts on the scale inhibition and corrosion resistance of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether were also studied, the scale inhibition rate was further increased to 87.0% at p H=8. Due to the good corrosion resistant and scale inhibition properties of fatty alcoholpolyoxyethylene ether, it can be used as scale inhibition additive for hot water boiler with other additives in future.
