摘  要:本文对粗四氯化钛中固相物杂质的来源进行了分析,并对钛渣熔盐氯化过程中关键罐区的粗四氯化钛进行了静置沉降实验研究。结果表明:氯化过程生成的VOCl_3、SiCl_4、AlCl_3、FeCl_3低沸点杂质进入粗TiCl_4中。粗TiCl_4的静置沉降可有效降低高固相物杂质粗四氯化钛中FeCl_3、AlCl_3的含量,且沉降效率随时间的延长有所增加,当沉降时间大于25h后,静置沉降分离基本停止,静置沉降后粗四氯化钛中的FeCl_3含量、AlCl_3含量分别可降至0.0017%、0.0005%。The source of solid phase impurities in crude titanium tetrachloride was analyzed in this paper. Static settling experiments were performed on the crude titanium tetrachloride, which came from the key storage tanks of titanium slag chlorination process in molten salt. The results showed that the low boiling point impurities, such as VOCl3 , SiCl4 , AlCl3 and FeCl3 went into the crude TiCl4. Static settlement can effectively reduce the content of AlCl3 and FeCl3 in the crude TiCl4 and the settlement efficiency increased with the time. But the separation almost stopped when settlement lasted more than 25h. The content of FeCl3 and A1Cl3 in crude titanium tetrachloride can be dropped to 0.0017% and 0.0005% respectively.
