摘 要:某拟建高层住宅楼群场区位于济南黄河冲积平原区,地层结构较为典型。在详细分析勘察取得的土层物理力学参数和建筑设计要求的基础上,通过规范公式计算和工程经验分析,评价各类地基基础方案的适用性,确定CFG桩复合地基和预应力混凝土空心管桩为较适宜的方案。可为济南市此类场区的建筑工程设计和经济分析提供依据,也可以为其他地区具有类似地层结构的建筑场区提供一定参考。A proposed high-rise building is located in the typical subsurface strata of Jinan Yellow River alluvial plain. To select the appropriate foundation types for the various structures, a wide range of foundation types are evaluated based on the site spe- cific conditions throughout the site geotechnical exploration results as well as the structural requirements of the building. It is concluded that the Cement-Fly Ash-Gravel (CFG) columns and the pre-stressed, precast reinforced concrete cylindrical pipe pile are the most appropriate foundation types. These foundation types provides an economical solution to the building construc- tion in similar sites in Jinan.
