摘　　要：当前全球化正在经历的变局由于全球经济结构变化和全球治理矛盾而可能持续一个时期,在新形势下,我国参与、引领全球化进程的能力基础和实现程度取决于开放经济供给侧结构性改革目标的达成,以及路径的科学合理性。我们必须深入思考全球化变局、全球治理矛盾与我国开放经济供给侧改革三者间的逻辑关系,在实践中系统把握好新一轮改革开放的目标与路径。Due to global economic structural changes and global governance conflicts,the current changes in globalization will last for a certain period of time.Against this background,the ability and success of China＇s participation in and leading of globalization depend on the realization of its open economy supply side reform and the viability of its path.We need to have in-depth observation of the logical relations among the changes of globalization,global governance conflicts,and China＇s open economy supply side reform.It is also crucial for us to have a systematic understanding of the objective and path of our new round of reform and opening up endeavor.
