摘 要:唐代公主的饮食品种多样,包括主食、肉食、水果与蔬菜、饮料、药膳等。既有中原文化的特质,又有浓厚的异域风情。考古发现的公主饮食器具,包括餐具、酒具、茶具、炊具等,既是当时手工业发展水平的体现,也是民族文化融合的实证。唐代公主既遵循传统的中馈之道:亲恭公婆之食、备食祭祀、招待宾客,又对传统家庭依性别系统分工的规定有所突破和扩展。所以,唐代是各民族文化交流与融合的时代,也是女性意识显现比较突出的时代。Princesses' diet in the Tang dynasty included a great variety of foods,such as staples,meat,fruits,vegetables,beverages,and medicinal cuisine.It was characterized by central plain culture,and was also strongly tainted by exotic influences.Archaeological discoveries of the utensils used by the princesses include tableware,drinking sets,tea sets,and cooking utensils,etc.These utensils manifest the development of handicraft industry of that time and are evidence of national cultural integration.While the princesses in the Tang dynasty adhered to traditional ways to prepare and serve food—foods for their parents in law,foods as sacrifices,and foods for guests—they did have some breakthroughs that extend the regulation about the division of gender roles in traditional families.From this we can see that while the Tang dynasty is a period of cultural exchange and integration of all the ethnic groups,it is also a great period for the emergence of women's awareness.
