摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了添加0、0.5%、1%、1.2%和2%(wt%)石墨的CaMnO_3热电陶瓷,在450~800 K范围考察了不同石墨比例对于样品电阻率、塞贝克系数及功率因子的影响。得到结论 :添加石墨的CaMnO_3陶瓷属于n型热电材料,引入石墨可以提高材料的温差电动势,石墨添加量为2 wt%的样品在450 K下最值达到-540μV/K,800 K下最值为-400μV/K,添加石墨的CaMnO_3陶瓷具有较大的塞贝克系数和较低的高温电阻率,进而具有较大功率因子,添加比例为1 wt%的样品在800 K下得到最大的功率因子4.03μW/(cmK^2)。Graphite-added CaMnO3 ceramics with different adding graphite contents of 0、0.5 wt%、1 wt%、1.2 wt% and 2 wt% were synthesized with traditional solid state reaction method. The influence of different graphite contents on the thermoelectric properties of CaMnO3 ceramics have been investigated between 450 K and 800 K. The results showed that the obtained graphite-added CaMnO3 ceramics were n-type thermoelectric material, adding graphite into CaMnO3 ceramics enhanced the Seebeck coefficients and lowered the resistivities. The largest absolute value of Seebeck coefficient 540 μV/K was obtained in the samples with 2 wt% graphite under 450 K. And the largest power factor 4.03 μW/(cmK^2) was obtained in the samples with 1 wt% graphite under 800 K.
