摘 要:基于环保、资源和成本方面的考虑,以降低现有骨质瓷配方中骨粉含量为目的,通过配方优化和原料精选,研究了低含量合成骨粉的日用陶瓷制备与性能。设计了合成骨粉用量在0~10 wt%范围的陶瓷坯体组成及其制备工艺,并对烧成的瓷坯进行了抗折强度、透过率、密度、吸水率和物相等测试和分析。结果表明,合成骨粉含量6 wt%的坯体抗折强度高达175 MPa、光透过率达到9.5%/2 mm,该瓷器具备良好的市场前景和社会价值。The fabrication and performance of porcelain with small amount of bone ash was studied by optimizing formulation and strictly selecting raw materials for the consideration of environmental protection, resource and cost, aiming to decrease the bone ash content of bone china. The porcelain with 0 ~ 10 wt% synthetic bone ash was designed, and the properties of fired body including flexural strength, transmittance, density, water absorption and phase composition were investigated. The results showed that the porcelain with 6 wt% synthetic bone ash had higher flexural strength of 175 MPa and higher transmittance of 9.5%/2 mm than that of ordinary bone china, and this kind of porcelain has a broad market prospect and obvious social value.
