摘  要:血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的异常增殖,是某些心血管疾病(如动脉粥样硬化、血管再狭窄、高血压和肺动脉高压等)共同的病理生理基础。在VSMC增殖过程中,伴随着细胞的能量代谢重构。调控VSMC能量代谢的因素有许多,如腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)、一氧化氮、活性氧及炎症因子等。其中,AMPK在调控能量代谢重构中起枢纽作用,多种因素可影响AMPK的表达或活性,包括遗传因素和非遗传因素。本文主要综述AMPK调控VSMC能量代谢重构作用及表观遗传因素和某些临床药物对AMPK调控的影响。Vascular smooth muscle cells( VSMC) proliferation is a common pathophysiological basis of some cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,vascular restenosis,hypertension and pulmonary artery hypertension. Recently,studies have shown that in the process of VSMC proliferation company with cell energy metabolism remodeling. There are many factors regulating energy metabolism of VSMC,such as adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase( AMPK),nitric oxide,reactive oxygen species and inflammation factors,etc. But AMPK plays a pivotal role in regulating the energy metabolism remodeling in VSMC proliferation. Many factors influence the expression or activity of AMPK including genetic and non-genetic factors. This paper reviews the effects of epigenetic factors and clinical drugs on the regulation of AMPK in VSMC energy metabolism remodeling.
