摘 要:通过电聚合的方法制备了聚黄苓苷/还原氧化石墨烯修饰电极,采用扫描电子显微镜和循环伏安法对制备的电极进行了表征和研究。结果表明:该修饰电极对羟胺具有明显的电催化作用。采用计时电流技术对羟胺进行检测,在1.0×10^(-7)~1.1×10^(-4)mol/L的浓度范围内,羟胺的计时电流响应信号和其浓度成良好的线性关系,检测限为52 nmol/L(S/N=3)。该修饰电极能够用于羟胺的样品分析。A sensitive amperometric sensor was constructed to detect hydroxylamine( HA) based on a glassy carbon electrode modified with a composite made from baicalin and reduced graphene oxide( RGO). Baicalin was electro-polymerized onto the surface of the RGO modified electrode. Scanning electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry were used to characterize modified electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of the final electrode were studied. Results showed the fabricated electrode had dramatic electro-catalytic activity toward the oxidation of HA. The amperometric signal was proportional to the concentration of HA in the range from 1. 0 × 10^-7to 1. 1 × 10^-4mol/L with a detection limit of 52 nmol/L( S/N = 3). The sensor displayed excellent selectivity, good reproducibility and had been long-term stability,and had been applied to determine HA in sample with satisfactory results.
