摘 要:我国露天煤矿开采属于先开采、后治理的被动开采模式,以绿色可持续发展的原则,提出了绿色矿山开采新理论,其目标是实现资源高效开采、环境影响最小。引入"绿色指数"概念,以此为目标函数对露天煤矿规划设计或建设生产阶段的各工艺环节进行评价,提出了绿色指数评价体系框图及建模思路。通过绿色指数评价体系找出薄弱环节并加以优化、改进,进而在实现露天开采与环境保护协调发展。In our country, governance after mining is the passive mode for open-pit coal mines, a new theory of green mining is proposed based on the principle of sustainable development, its goal is to achieve efficient exploitation of resources and minimal environmental impact. The concept of green index is introduced, which is used as the objective function to evaluate each process step during the design or construction stage of open-pit coal mine, and also, the green index evaluation system diagram and modeling method is proposed. Through the green index evaluation system, the weak link of open-pit coal mine is found to realize the coor- dinated development of open pit mining and environmental protection after optimization and improvement.
