摘 要:通过对不同热解温度条件下污泥热解产物的元素、化学键和成分变化规律进行研究,初步推测了污泥热解过程中有机物和热解产物的转化规律和热解机理。元素分析和X-射线光电子能谱分析结果表明,热解温度高于400℃后,固相产物中热解反应基本完成,绝大部分碳、氢元素已经转移至液、气相产物中,固体产物中羟基、羧基等取代基在高于500℃的热解温度下基本被分解。傅里叶红外光谱分析结果确定了污泥和污泥固体热解产物中各种碳氢键、含氧化合物和官能团、含氮化合物和官能团随热解温度变化的转化规律。借助热解—气质联用仪器,选取分析了热解温度为400、500、600和850℃污泥热解液体产物中主要有机物的成分和含量,推断了各主要类别有机物热解转化化学方程式,综合各方程式进一步建立了污泥热解化学反应网络图。Pyrolysis products of sludge were studied from the elements, chemical bonds and compositions under different pyrolysis temperatures. Pyrolysis mechanism of organics of sludge was preliminarily estimated. The elemental analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results showed that the py- rolysis reaction in the solid products basically completed at the pyrolysis temperature higher than 400℃. Majority of the carbon and hydrogen elements became liquid and gas products. The hydroxyl and carboxyl of the solid products were decomposed at the pyrolysis temperature higher than 500℃. The Fourier trans- form infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) results showed the transformations of the various carbon-hydrogen compounds, oxygen containing compounds and functional groups, nitrogenous compounds and functional groups of the sludge to pyrolysis products with the pyrolysis temperature. With a Py-GC-MS instrument, the compositions and contents of main organics of the pyrolysis liquid products under pyrolysis tempera- tures of 400, 500,600 and 850℃ were analyzed. From a large amount reaction equations of organic py- rolysis we built a network diagram for the pyrolysis.
