摘  要:采用一种集合冲压和锻造的冲锻复合成形新工艺成形小圆角变壁厚的钛合金构件。先分别通过大圆角R15 mm、小圆角R5 mm的两次拉深后,运用Deform-3D有限元软件研究了两次镦粗侧壁和3次镦粗侧壁过程。结果表明:通过两次镦粗侧壁能够实现侧壁增厚,但圆角区域容易出现折叠、夹层等缺陷;通过3次镦粗侧壁,控制每次镦粗的壁厚变化倍数不大于1.35,可以实现侧壁增厚3~4 mm,圆角增厚8 mm。采用该工艺进行零件加工,可以降低对设备吨位的要求、提高材料利用率和零件质量,在生产中具有良好的经济效益。The titanium alloy component with small fillet and variable wall thickness is formed by a new stamping-forging composite process. First, twice deep drawing with R15 mm and R5 mm were conducted, and the processes of twice and three times upsetting the side wall were studied by the finite element software Deform -3D. The results show that the side wall thickening can be achieved by twice up- setting, and fohting and interlayer defeets appear easily. However, thickening the side wall 3-4 mm and the fillet 8 mm can be achieved by three times upsetting the side wall to control the wall thickness variation less than 1.35. Thus, this technology can reduce the require- ment to the e(tuipment tonnage and improve the utilization ratio of material and the quality of parts, which has a promising economic bene- fit in production.
