摘　　要：文章描述了移动图书馆的现状和存在问题,介绍基于"互联网+"思维的包括平台融合、服务创新、内容整合、情景感知、推广营销等的移动图书馆发展实践,认为移动图书馆的发展必须坚持开放合作的理念。This article describes the status quo and the existing problems of mobile library. Based on internet plus, it introduces the practices of mobile library including fusion of platforms, service innovation, content integration, context-aware and marketing, etc. It advocates that the development of mobile library must persevere with the concept of openness and cooperation.
