摘　　要：随着我国循环经济实践和理论研究不断深入,有必要加快构建循环经济学的学科体系,这也是构建中国特色哲学社会科学体系的重要内容。文章提出了循环经济学的概念,通过综述循环经济学的学科基础及其与相关学科关联关系,分析了独立构建循环经济学的理论原因及其学科属性,并进一步分析了循环经济学的研究对象、研究内容和研究方法。The author proposes that it is feasible and necessary to speed up the construction of the discipline system of circular economics as one important part of philosophy and social science system with Chinese characteristics. Based on the summary of discipline foundation and its relationship with related disciplines, the paper proposes a concept of circular economics, analyzes the reasons of the circular economics theory of independent and subject property, and presents the object, contents and methods of circular economics.
