摘 要:为精确描述圆锥破碎机内散体物料层压破碎行为的本质,基于总体平衡理论和层压破碎理论,引入粒度相对系数描述不同粒度散体物料破碎特性,考虑散体物料层压破碎过程中粒形转化行为,建立圆锥破碎机双粒形循环层压破碎模型,并通过立方状及针片状散体物料层压破碎模拟试验对模型参数进行求解。以ZS200MF型圆锥破碎机为例,对两种粒形散体物料层压破碎过程中粒度分布特性与粒形转化行为进行模拟计算,得到两种粒形散体物料粒度分布,与实测值相比误差值最大为4.8%,验证模型的有效性和可行性,证明增加破碎层数量和提高破碎层压缩比可以降低破碎产品的有效针片率,为改善圆锥破碎机破碎产品质量及设计高能破碎腔形提供理论基础。In order to describe the essence of the inter-particle breaking behavior of the materials in the cone crusher accurately, an inter-particle breakage model is established based on population balance theory and inter-particle breakage theory,in this model a particle relative size coefficient is introduced to describe the inter-particle breakage characteristics of particles of different size, and the particle shape transformation is considered in the inter-particle breakage. An inter-particle breakage experiment using cubic and flakiness particle as crushing materials is completed to regress the model parameters. Taking ZS200 MF cone crusher as an example, the characteristics of particle size distribution and the particle shape transformation behavior of granular materials of two kinds of shape are investigated by simulation, and the particle size distribution is obtained. The maximum error is 4.8% compare with the measured value, and thus the effectiveness and practicability of the model are proved. Results show that the increase of the number and the compression ratio of the break zones can reduce the effective flakiness index of the product, which provides a theoretical foundation for product quality improvement and crushing chamber design of the cone crusher.
