摘  要:目的通过与MRI常规序列(T1WI、T2WI)的对比研究,探讨3.0T MRI磁敏感加权成像在颅内海绵状血管瘤的影像学特征及诊断价值。方法收集经临床及手术病理证实我院2014年1月~2016年12月期间接收的28例颅内海绵状血管瘤患者,均行MRI常规序列扫描及SWI扫描,分析比较病灶在各序列上的表现特征及检出率。结果 SWI对病灶检出率为100.0%,T2WI检出率为70.5%、T1WI检出率为55.7%。SWI序列对ICA病灶的检出明显优于常规T2WI、T1WI序列,病灶检出率的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论相对于MRI常规序列SWI在显示颅内海绵状血管瘤方面有明显优势。Objective To study the imaging features of 3.0 TMRI SWI in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous angioma(ICA) by contrasting with conventional MRI sequences(T1WI, T2WI), and to evaluate the clinical value of 3.0 T MRI SWI in the diagnosis of ICA and diagnostic value. Methods Twenty-eight patients with ICA who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were collected and analyzed the routine MRI and SWI of the performance characteristics and detection rate. Results The detection rate of the lesion was 100.0% on SWI, 70.5% on T2 WI and 55.7% on T1 WI. SWI sequence of ICA lesion was significantly better than conventional sequence, and the lesion detection rate was statistically significant(P﹤0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional MRI sequence, SWI has obvious advantages in showing ICA.
