血液透析三种不同临时血管通路的对比分析

摘　　要：目的评价颈内静脉、锁骨下静脉、股静脉三种临时置管的方法在血液透析中的应用价值。方法回顾我院肾内科血透室2014年5月至2016年12月共57例接受临时深静脉置管(其中颈内静脉27例,锁骨下静脉18例,股静脉12例)的血液透析病人的治疗效果,对透析血流量、保留时间、导管堵管、导管相关性感染、血气胸等并发症指标进行总结。结论颈内静脉置管血流量好,保留时间长,并发症发生率低;锁骨下静脉置管不易固定,易出现严重并发症;股静脉置管操作简单,但影响患者活动,感染率也较高。Objective To evaluate the internal jugular vein,subclavian vein,femoral vein catheterization in hemodialysis. Methods Retrospective analyze the treatment effect of 57 patients who accept temporary deep vein catheter（the internal jugular vein 27, subclavian vein 18, femoral vein 12） for hemodialysis from May 2014 to December 2016, and the blood flow of hemodialysis, retentiontime, dialysiscatheterthrombosis, catheter. Results infection, hemopneumothorax and other indicators are summarized. Conclusion The method of internal jugular vein catheter with adequate blood flow and can last longer, complications of low; subclavian vein fixed difficulty, severe complications occurred, femoral vein catheter is simple operation, but the patients can not move and infection is high. fection is high.
