摘 要:目的探索可视教育在新护士临床护理基本技能培训中的应用效果。方法对苏州大学附属第一医院2014年7月及2015年7月入职的188名新护士采用可视化操作视频进行临床护理基本技能培训。结合临床实际,规划视频演示项目,选拔操作演示者进行操作演练、视频拍摄、视频上传、现场考核。结果 2015年新护士8项护理基本技能平均分高于2014年新护士(P<0.05),尤其是静脉输液、静脉采血和心电监护这3项操作(P<0.01)。结论可视教育增强了新护士对临床护理基本操作技术的直观感受,提高了护士基本技能的操作水平。Objective To explore the application effect of visual education in clinical nursing basic skills training for new nurses.Methods FromJuly 2014 and July 2015,188 new nurses of first hospital affiliated to suzhou university,were adopted operation video by visual basic skills of clinical nursing training.According to the clinical practice,plan of the video demonstration project,selection of operation demonstrator perform operation drills,video capture,video upload,and site assessment were performed.Results In 2015,the average scores of 8 basic nursing skills of new nurses were higher than those of new nurses in 2014(P〈0.05),especially the 3 operations of venous transfusion,venous blood sampling and ECG monitoring(P〈0.01).Conclusion Visual education has enhanced the intuitive feeling of new nurses in basic nursing skills,and improved the operation level of basic skills of nurses.
