摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训制度现已成为我国医学人才培养的一项基本制度,但许多培训内容仍有待完善。目前在临床上,虽然"双心共病"现象已为人们所了解,但在心血管住院医师的规范化培训体系内,"双心医学"的培训模块却仍处于缺失状态。本研究结合工作实践,探索将"双心医学"模块整合于目前的心血管专业住院医师规范化培训体系内,这对于从根本上提高我国心血管专科医师的"双心"诊治水平,减少医疗浪费和医患矛盾都具有重要的意义。Standardized residency training system（SRTS） has become an basic part of present medical education after graduation,while is far from perfection due to the deficiency of certain skills training.For example,the comorbidity of psychiatric and mental diseases is common among patients with cardiac diseases,but the psycho-cardiologic training remains vacant in present standardized residency training system.In this study,we attempt to initiate a psycho-cardiologic training module and integrate it into current standardized training system for residents in cardiac-related fields.We assume that the psycho-cardiologic training module might supply a beneficial complement to present SRTS and improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level of medical workers in our country.The improvement,we believe,would significantly decrease the unnecessary expense and relieve the medical-patient conflict.
