神经病学研究生招生复试考核项目的一些思考

摘　　要：神经病学是一门比较复杂的学科,对初学者的临床思维、基本技能和持续学习能力有很高的要求。如何在报考者中录取适合从事此专业的研究生,是一个值得思考的问题。文章结合本单位招收研究生的心得和经历,认为应该从做人、情商、身体素质、沟通技能、英文听说读写翻译能力、临床基本功、实验科研能力、团队协作能力、人文素养、兴趣爱好、撰写与表达能力、担任学生干部经历等方面进行考察。科学、规范、严谨的复试项目设置,更有利于研究生招生工作公平、高效、有序地进行。Neurology is a complicated subject,for beginners,clinical thinking,basic skills and the ability to study further persistently are three important quatilities.How to selcet good candidates who are suitable to be engaged in this occupation is a difficult problem worth of considering.In this paper,combined with the experience we enroll postgraduates,behavior,emotion quotient,physical fitness,communication skills,English comprehensive ability,basic clinical skills,experimental research ability,teamwork ability,humanistic quality,hobbies,writing and presentation skills,experience of serving as a student cadre and so on should be taken into account.Scientific,standardized and rigorous retest project setting is more conducive to enroll postgraduates in a fair,efficient and orderly manner.
