小切口手术治疗手指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析手指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者施与小切口手术治疗的效果。方法对我院手足踝外科于2014年1月—2016年9月所收治的指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎并接受手术治疗的患者92例作为研究对象,其中46例患者接受传统的手术治疗,定义为传统组;其余46例患者接受小切口手术治疗,定义为小切口组。对比研究两组患者在不同的手术治疗后临床恢复效果。结果分析两组接受不同手术治疗后患者的创口愈合时间可有传统组为(18.3±3.7)天,小切口组为(9.7±1.3)天,差异有统计意义,P<0.01;对比两组患者的并发症发生率,传统组为21.7%,小切口组为4.3%,差异有统计意义,P<0.01;观察两组患者术后的有效率,传统组为95.7%,小切口组为92.4%,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论小切口的手术治疗用于手指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的治疗中,可以减小创口的大小,降低术后并发症的发生率,在整体不降低治疗有效率的前提下,有效的缩短创口愈合时间,效果较为显著。Objective To analyses the application of small incision surgical treatment effect of finger flexor tendon tenosynovitis patients.Methods From January 2014 to September 2016,92 patients with strictured tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon and underwent surgery in foot and ankle surgery in our hospital as the research object,46 underwent conventional surgery,defined as the traditional group;remaining 46 patients underwent small incision surgery,defined as a small incision group.The clinical effects of two groups of patients after different surgical treatment were compared.Results The wound healing time was analyzed in two groups after different surgical treatments,conventional group was（18.3±3.7） days,and the small incision group was（9.7±1.3） days,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.01;complication rates of the two groups were compared,traditional group was 21.7%,the small incision group was 4.3%,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.01;postoperative effective rate of the two groups was observed,traditional group was 95.7%,the small incision group was 92.4%,the difference was not statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Surgical treatment of small incision for the treatment of finger flexor tendon tenosynovitis patients,can reduce the size of the wound,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,the overall treatment does not reduce the premise of efficiency,shorten the wound healing time,the effect is more significant.
