摘　　要：目的探析盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病对患者血清BNP、TNF-α及脂联素水平的影响。方法选取我院在2014年1月—2016年12月收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,对照组常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血清指标变化。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.0%、血清BNP、TNF-α及脂联素水平降低幅度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论以盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,效果显著,能够降低血清BNP、TNF-α及脂联素水平。Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol on the serum levels of BNP,TNF-alpha and adiponectin in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016,80 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 40 cases,control group received routine treatment,study group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group,the therapeutic effects and serum indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90%,the levels of serum BNP,TNF-and adiponectin were lower than those in the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the effect is significant,can reduce serum BNP,TNF-alpha and adiponectin levels.
