经皮颈动脉狭窄支架成形术的导管室护理路径设计

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮颈动脉狭窄支架成形术的导管室护理路径设计。方法收集我科2010年3月—2015年12月份治疗的颈动脉狭窄患者共207例,根据护理方法分组,实验组为103例,对照组104例。对照组采用常规护理方式;实验组采用导管室护理路径。比较2组患者满意度、医生满意度、护士平均工作量,手术时间、并发症例数。结果实验组患者满意度93.2%、医生满意度94.2%,高于对照组83.7%、74.0%,P<0.05;实验组护士平均工作量(1.8±0.4)h/台、少于对照组(2.6±1.1)h/台,手术时间(2.2±0.7)h,短于对照组(3.0±1.5)h,P<0.05;实验组并发症3.9%,低于对照组的8.7%,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论经皮颈动脉狭窄支架成形术的导管室护理路径的实施效果确切,可减轻护理人员工作量,缩短手术时间,提高患者和医生满意度,一定程度减少并发症发生。Objective To investigate the nursing route design of catheter room for percutaneous carotid angioplasty stent angioplasty.MethodsFrom March 2010 to December 2015,207 patients with carotid stenosis treated in our department were collected,grouping according to nursing methods,experimental group was 103 cases,and the control group was 104 cases.control group received routine nursing care;experimental group adopted catheter room nursing pathway.Patients＇ satisfaction,doctors＇ satisfaction,nurses＇ average workload,operation time andcomplications were compared between the 2 groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.2%,and the doctor satisfaction was 94.2%,were higher than those in the control group 83.7% and 74%,P〈0.05;The average workload of the nurses in the experimental group was（1.8±0.4） h/platform,less than the control group（2.6±1.1） h/platform,operation time（2.2±0.7） h,shorter than the control group（3.0±1.5） h,P〈0.05;The complications in the experimental group were 3.9%,less than the control group 8.7%,but the difference was not statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion The effect of carotid artery stenosis by stent percutaneous catheter nursing operation forming path is exact,can reduce the workload of nursing staff,shorten the operation time,improve the satisfaction degree of doctors and patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
