摘　　要：目的探讨质量管理体系在压疮管理中的应用效果。方法 2015年1月—2016年12月我院积极采用责任三级质控体系进行压疮管理,统计管理期间压疮发生率,观察压疮质控管理体系的实施效果。结果三级质控压疮管理期间,2015年、2016年压疮发生率分别为0.06‰和0.18‰,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论质控管理体系用于压疮管理中具有良好的预防、监督效果,可有效控制压疮发生,期间应重点关注高危、极高危患者的压疮管理,以进一步降低压疮发生率,提高患者住院质量。Objective To discuss the application effect of quality management system in bedsore management.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,our hospital actively adopted the responsibility three level quality control system for pressure ulcer management,incidence of pressure sores during the period of statistical management was observed,and the effect of pressure ulcer quality control management system was observed.Results During the three grade pressure ulcer management,the incidence rate of pressure sores in 2015 and 2016 was 0.06‰ and 0.18‰,P〈0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The quality control management system has good prevention and supervision effect in bedsore management,and can effectively control the occurrence of pressure sores,during the period,we should pay attention to the management of pressure sores in high-risk and extremely high-risk patients,so as to further reduce the incidence of pressure sores and improve the quality of hospital stay.
