摘　　要："一带一路"战略背景下无水港对推动区域经济发展有着重要的现实意义。现有的无水港普遍实行供应链管理以提高运营效率,为解决供应链上中小企业融资难问题,论文将当前区域通关一体化、金融体制改革等相关政策与互联网金融实践结合,提出了一种基于虚拟无水港的综合性金融服务平台并详细描述了其运作模式。最后,对互联网时代无水港供应链融资的发展趋势进行了展望。Dry ports have important realistic significance to promote regional economic development with the background of ＂One Belt and one Road＂. Currently, supply chain management model pervades in dry ports to enhance efficiency. To solve financing difficulty problems of small enterprises in dry port supply chains, with the combination of policy about current regional clearance integration and financial reform with Internet finance practice, the author presented a comprehensive financial service platform based on virtual dry port and described its operation mode in detailed. At last, the author discussed the prospect of development trend of dry port supply chain in internet financing era.
