摘 要:目的研究黄精茶提取物对2型糖尿病肾病大鼠的保护作用。方法用链脲佐菌素(STZ)加高脂高糖饲料诱导2型糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组及黄精茶提取物组,测定各组血液中生化指标,放射免疫法检测空腹胰岛素水平,HE染色法检测大鼠肾脏病理学形态改变并计算肾指数。结果与模型组相比,黄精茶提取物能显著改善糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢、糖耐量、胰岛素抵抗,降低肾指数、尿素氮及肌肝,病理组织学检查亦提示,黄精茶提取物能够改善肾脏病理组织学损伤程度。结论黄精茶提取物对糖尿病肾病大鼠有保护作用。Objective To determine the protective effect of polygonatum sibiricum tea extract on rats with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Type 2 diabetic nephropathy rat models were induced by streptozotocin(STZ) plus high calorie and high sugar diet and were divided into a model group, a metformin group and a polygonatum sibiricum tea extract group. The blood biochemical indexes of each group were measured, and the fasting insulin level was detected by radioimmuno assay. The pathological changes of renal tissue in rats with HE staining were determined and the renal index was calculated. Results Compared with the model group, polygonatum sibiricum tea extract significantly improved the glycolipid metabolism, glucose tolerance, insulin resistance and reduce renal indexes, BUN and CREA and significantly reduced the histopathological changes in the diabetic rats. Conclusion Polygonatum sibiricum tea extract may protect rats with diabetic nephropathy.
