脑心通治疗缺血性脑卒中基础研究及临床应用现状

摘　　要：脑心通具有保护血管内皮、防止动脉粥样硬化形成与发展、降低血液黏度及降低血脂、抑制血小板聚集、抗血栓形成、抑制炎症因子释放、改善脑缺血、抗氧化、抑制凋亡,保护神经等作用,而且安全性高,减少了患者出现后遗症的几率。其在治疗缺血性脑卒中具有显著疗效,并且安全可靠,可以长期应用于临床治疗。本文通过近年来脑心通的研究进展和临床研究对其进行评价,为脑心通的基础研究和临床应用提供建议和依据。Buchang Naoxintong capsule can protect the vascular endothelia, prevent the formation and development of atherosclerosis, reduce blood viscosity and blood fat, inhibit platelet aggregation, antithrombosis, inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines, improve cerebral ischemia, antioxidization, inhibit apoptosis, protect nerve damage, and reduce the chance of sequelae. Naoxintong capsules are effective for ischemic stroke. It is safe and reliable, and can be used in clinical treatment for long time. Recent research progress and clinical data were retrieved and analyzed to evaluate the effect of Buchang Naoxintong capsules to provide reference for clinical and basic research.
